It is mainly used to transport lumpy garbage compressed by the garbage station to the rear-end processing plant.
The container adopts a center-mounted, horizontal lifting device (with enlarged frame) for unloading. The lifting and unloading angle is large (46±1°), and the unloading is clean and thorough.
The main moving parts are designed with special materials, which are free of lubrication and rust-free. The high-quality electronic control system and highly matching hydraulic system are customized, with low failure rate and high reliability.
It adopts a high-performance hydraulic valve group with an emergency handle. Emergency stop can be realized during the rear door opening and closing, and the container lifting and lowering process. Protection devices are installed on both sides and the tail to ensure safety.
Compared with similar products, the docking height is 50-100mm lower, and the height of the opened rear door from the ground is 100-150mm lower, making it more practical for docking with garbage stations.
